How can I handle the Dispute submitted by the Agent?

This guide will walk you through handling disputes in the Ender Turing application. If the Agent disagrees with the evaluation score left for the conversation or ticket, the Agent can initiate the Dispute.

1. Jump to the TODO list

Disputes submitted by the Agent for review by you will automatically get into your TODO list

2. Marked as "Dispute"

They will be marked as Dispute in the TODO list

3. Jump to review

Clock score or conversation button to jump to reviewed conversation or ticket

4. Click "Approve" or "Edit scores"

Approve the suggested scores if you agree, or Edit the scores as needed if you think the Agent incorrectly suggested some changes.

5. Adjust scores as needed

6. Remove Agent comments

Before leaving your comments to score, please remove the Agent comment for you

7. Leave comments

Leave a comment for each adjusted score so the Agent can easily understand why you put this score and can adjust behavior in the future accordingly

9. Click "Submit scoring" to solve a Dispute
