After selecting the relevant conversation, you will be able to switch the tab between Default mode and Review mode:

You will be able to Review Conversations according to Score Card that you set up for the Team of a particular Agent.

On the left side, you will be able to read a transcript of the conversation.

On the bottom, you will be able to jump to a suitable location using an audio player.

On the right side, you will be able to Review using Scoring Card:

For each point of reviewing you will have possibility to between options Yes / No / NA:

After Reviewing according to all points of the Scoring card, you will be able to save by pressing the button SUBMIT SCORES:

In case you need to clean all scores or particular conversation during the Reviewing process or after Submitting, you can do this by pressing CLEAN ALL:

To leave comments during the Review Process, you need to open the on-hover menu in the middle-right of the screen:
