The Agent is the Organization's (Contact Center) representative who helps customers obtain information, make the best purchase, and receive the best Customer Experience in communication with the Organization.
Critical thought: The Agent is not an application User.
For the Agent to log in and use the application, the User should be created (invited) to the application.
To log into the Ender Turing system, the agent should navigate to
https://app.enderturing.com, input their email into the input field, and click Continue:
A password will be asked in the next step. Please input the password you set up during the Invitation steps and click Next.
After successful login, you will be redirected to your workspace.
