How can I explore my conversations/tickets to improve myself?

This guide will walk you through the steps to explore your conversations and tickets using Ender Turing.

Go to app.enderturing.com and log in to Ender Turing using your credentials. See details on the login process here.

1. Click "All Conversations" Tab

Click the 'All Conversations' tab in the navigation pane.

2. Your conversations list

On the left side, you will see a list of your conversations and tickets

In the center, you will see your conversation content

4. Comments and Feedback on the current conversation

Comments and Feedback on your current conversation or ticket will be shown on the right.

5. Audio player for calls

The player is to listen through your calls at the bottom.

6. You can select a conversation from the list to jump into it

You can jump to a specific conversation by clicking on one.

7. Reactions and additional data

You also can react to conversation.

9. Filter and Find particular conversation

Using Filter, you can find conversations that meet specific parameters like date, duration, sentiment, etc.
