Intro
Integrate Ender Turing with GoHighLevel (GHL) in simple three steps:
Provide GHL Location ID
Provide GHL Private Integration Token (PIT)
Ender Turing Call Recording Chrome Extension installed on each Agent's workplace
1. How to get GHL Location ID?
In most cases, you can copy your GLH URL. It should look like this and already contains Location ID:

3. How to install Ender Turing Call Recording Chrome extension?
By default, GHL stores call recordings in Mono format, where both Agent and Client recordings are stored in the same channel. Ender Turing requires Stereo audio to provide valuable and high-quality insights. To record calls in Stereo format, the customer shall install the Ender Turing Call Recording Chrome extension.
