Ender Turing WebRTC Chrome Extension Installation Guide

Updated over 2 weeks ago

Some Ender Turing Apps integration (GoHighLevel (GHL), Zendesk, Aircall, Zoom, Google Meet, etc) requires Ender Turing Chrome Extension installation on every Agent workplace in order to get a dual channel audio stream.

Next two actions should be performed on every Agent workplace:

Prerequisites

  • Ender Turing App should be deployed for the organization

  • The Agent should be registered in the Ender Turing App

Supported Browsers

  • Chrome

  • Microsoft Edge

Disable Ad-Blockers and Privacy Extensions

Before installing the Ender Turing Chrome extension, make sure to disable any ad-blocking or privacy-filtering extensions (such as AdBlock, uBlock Origin, Ghostery, Privacy Badger, etc.).

These tools can block WebRTC traffic and/or network requests required for the extension to function correctly.

Install ET WebRTC Chrome Extension

  1. Install ET WebRTC Chrome Extension from the official Chrome Web Store using the link below: https://chromewebstore.google.com/detail/ender-turing-call-recorde/apcgidlcdcbkhkkbikjnheljkabhnnec

  2. The installed ET Extension will appear in the list. Pin Extension for fast access

  3. Congratulations, you have successfully installed the ET Chrome Extension

Activate ET WebRTC Chrome Extension

To make the Extension record audios, the Agent should activate Extension:

Log in as Agent to the Ender Turing System

From Agent Workplace/Browser:

Go to https://{company}.enderturing.com (where the company is your company name, you can also ask your company ET address from your Admin) and log in using your Login and Password:

Activate ET WebRTC Chrome Extension

  1. Once you log in to your ET Extension as an Agent, the extension icon will become yellow/amber

  2. Click on the Extension icon and then click the Connect Icon

  3. Icon should become Green - Congratulations, you have successfully activated ET Chrome Extension

Now, Agents can make calls as usual, and they will appear in the Ender Turing Application.

NB for Administrators

For the Agent to be able to log in, the Admin should add the Agent’s email for the relevant Agent in the Ender Turing Application
