This guide will show you how to view quality scoring results in the Enderturing application. You can follow the steps below to access and interpret the scoring information.

Go to app.enderturing.com
1. Click "All Conversations" Tab
Click 'All Conversations' tab in the navigation pane.
2. Switch to Review mode
Switch to Review mode to see review results
3. Review area
A review will be shown on the right
4. Conversation area
and conversation will be available on the left
5. Review result
Your review results will be shown at the end of the scoring card
6. Select Reviewer
You can also select a reviewer if multiple reviewers reviewed your conversation
7. Select Scorecard
Select a scorecard in case your conversation reviewed by multiple scorecards
8. Call playback
You can also play audio if it was a call
9. Open comment pane
If you want to add comment to Supervisor or say thank you for a review, you can open Comment pane
10. Leave comment
And leave comment
11. Help needed? You can access Ender Turing support by clicking on the Support button on the bottom left corner of your screen.
