This guide will walk you through submitting a dispute for a review (Automated left by AI or manually left by humans) in the Enderturing application. You can submit a dispute when you disagree with the evaluation score left for the conversation or ticket you handled and think the score should be different.
1. Jump to a desired review
You can quickly jump to reviewed conversations and tickets using Notifications or as shown on the screen (or using the Reviewed Tab in Agent workspace)
2. Click notification on the new review left for your event
Navigate to the specific notification to open it
3. Switch to Review mode
Click the switcher as shown to switch to Review mode
4. Click "Dispute"
Initiate a dispute for the current review if you disagree with the score
5. Adjust scores on points you disagree with

6. Add comment to adjusted scores
Add comments so the supervisor will understand faster why exactly you disagree with the current score
7. Fill the comment
Fill in comments for each adjusted point
8. Click "Click to add a comment and send"
To review and submit a dispute, click "Click to add a comment and send". You will have one more step before actually submitting a Dispute
9. Select a Supervisor to review the Dispute
You can select the same supervisor to review and change scores, or you can select a second reviewer to cross-review your conversation or ticket
10. Add a comment for the Supervisor
11. Click "Submit"
Finalize and submit the dispute.
12. Prepare to be notified
You will be notified that you submitted a dispute and on resolved dispute
