Overview
Your profile is where you manage your personal account settings in Ender Turing. From your profile, you can view and update your name, email, and language preference, change your password, toggle display and sound preferences, and configure how you receive notifications.
Every logged-in user has access to their own profile.
How It Works
Opening Your Profile
Click the account icon (person icon) in the top-right corner of the interface. A menu appears showing your name, with options for Profile and Logout. Select Profile to open your profile details page.
Profile Details
The profile details page displays:
Full Name
Email
Language — your current interface language
Last Activity — when you last logged in (shows "Never logged in" if you have not signed in before)
The page also includes toggleable preferences:
Setting | What it does |
Dark theme | Switches the interface between light and dark mode. Takes effect immediately. |
Notification sound | Enables or disables the sound that plays when you receive an in-app notification. Takes effect immediately. |
Demo mode | Hides sensitive data in the interface. This toggle is only available on multi-tenant deployments. |
If your organization uses single sign-on (OIDC), a Configure Multi-Factor Authentication link appears. Clicking it opens your identity provider's MFA settings page.
From the details page, three action buttons are available:
Edit — opens the profile edit form
Change password — opens the password change form
Notification settings — opens notification configuration
Editing Your Profile
From the profile details page, click Edit to open the edit form. You can change:
Full Name — letters only; the field validates against a name pattern
Email — your account email address
Language — select from the available interface languages
Click Save to apply your changes, or use the Back to profile link to return without saving.
Changing Your Password
From the profile details page, click Change password to open the password form.
Enter your Current Password.
Enter a New Password. The password must be at least 8 characters long and contain at least one lowercase letter, one uppercase letter, and one digit.
Re-enter the new password in the Confirm Password field. The two entries must match exactly.
Click Save.
You can toggle password visibility using the eye icon next to each password field. You are returned to the profile details page after a successful password change.
Notification Settings
From the profile details page, click Notification settings to configure how you receive notifications.
Notifications are organized into three categories:
System Notifications
System notifications are always delivered via email. These settings cannot be changed.
App Activity Notifications
Events related to conversations and your daily work:
Event | Description |
Conversation commented | Someone commented on a conversation |
Mentions | You were mentioned in a comment |
Comment replied | Someone replied to a comment |
Conversation scored | A conversation was scored |
Reaction to session | A reaction was added to a conversation |
Training plan added | A training plan was assigned to you |
Report generated | A report finished generating |
Scheduled result ready | A scheduled chat result is ready |
Scheduled chat skipped | A scheduled chat ran but no conversations matched the filter, so no result was generated |
TODO added | A TODO item was assigned to you |
Training due reminder | A reminder that a training is due |
Automation Notifications
Events triggered by automated workflows (Enders):
Event | Description |
Conversation matched | An automation matched a conversation |
Conversation scored | An automation scored a conversation |
Conversation commented | An automation commented on a conversation |
Delivery Channels
For each notification event, you can independently enable or disable two delivery channels:
In-App — notifications appear inside Ender Turing
Email — notifications are sent to your email address
Some notifications are mandatory for in-app delivery and cannot be disabled. For example, Scheduled result ready and Scheduled chat skipped are always enabled for in-app delivery — only the email channel can be toggled for these events.
Email Delivery Delay
For the App activity category, you can set an email delay. When a delay is configured, the system waits the specified time before sending an email notification. If you read the in-app notification before the delay expires, the email is not sent. This prevents duplicate notifications when you are actively using the platform.
Available delay options:
15 minutes
30 minutes
1 hour
2 hours
This delay applies only to the App activity category, not to System or Automation notifications.
Click Save settings to apply your notification preferences. Use the Back to profile link to return to the details page.
