Definition

The Agent is Organization's (Contact Center) representative who helps customers obtain information, make the best purchase, and receive the best Customer Experience in communication with Organization.

Critical thought: The Agent is not an application User.

For the Agent to log in and use the application User should be created (invited) to the application.

Agent View

To access the Team view (Team management page), open the System -> Agents page from the main menu:

After pressing, you will be able to see all available teams for an organization:

Create the Agent

To Create the Agent, press the Create Agent button on the top right side of the screen:

Provide a new Agent FullName, PhoneNumber (or ID), Choose Team, and click the Save button:

Update the Agent

To Update/Modify the Agent, press the Update button near the relevant Agent and follow the same procedure as for Create the Agent:

Remove the Agent

To remove the Agent, press the Remove button near the relevant Agent:

Confirm removal to complete the action.

Agent limitations

Agent Log In

The Agent is not an application User.
