Navigation (Pane)

The navigation pane is located on the left side of the screen and contains the main logical blocks, see screenshot below. You can choose the desired Tab by clicking on the link name.

Dashboards (Tab)

After login, you will be automatically redirected to Dashboards Tab.

Here, you can get aggregated analytics on your teams, spot coaching opportunities, etc.

Conversations (Tab)

The Conversations tab is where you can go deeper into every conversation.

Here you can Find, Read, Listen (follow the transcript), Leave and Ask Feedback, Review conversations and do much more.

Explore

Search / Filters (Menu)

You have Search / Filtering on both of the above tabs: Dashboards and Conversations.

You can narrow the Filter to specific conversations of a particular Team or Agents for a specific Period, containing some Phrases and Words of either Agent or Client, and much more.

Teams/Agents (Tab)

Here you can Create Teams, Add, Activate/Deactivate, Remove Agents, Create Scoring Cards, Assign Agents and Cards to Teams, and much more.
