Creating a user without an email invitation

In some specific cases, when you cannot invite users via email (API service user case, on-premises installations without SFTP access case), you can use a manual password setting flow.

Open System -> Manage users page from the main menu:

Click the Invite User button to start user creation:

Fill out Create User form. Fields "Full name" and "Email" are mandatory. You can select a user Role from the list. For Agent's role, you can link a user account with an Agent account using the "Linked agent" field. Make sure that the check box "is Active" is enabled.

Setting the password for the newly created user

You have two options to set a password for new users.

  1. Randomly generated (default flow). Ender Turing will generate a secure password for you. You can copy it to the clipboard or view generated password by clicking the relevant buttons on the right of the password.

  2. Input Manually your desired password. You can manually input the desired password twice (original and repeat) to ensure they are the same). Select a secure password with 8+ symbols, at least one capital letter, and one digit.

Saving user with the selected password

After setting the password and clicking the "Save & Set Password" button, a new user account will be created, and the user will be able to log in to the Ender Turing system with provided email and password.
