Accessing Organization Settings
Open System -> Settings page from the main menu:
After openning Settings page you will see few blocks of configuration:

SMTP Settings
General Settings
General Settings consists of two point:
Default language
This language would be used as default if no language is provided with the audio file and the application were not able to auto recognize speech-language
Max days to store recognized audio files
This setting specifies how long historical audios are saved in the application. E.g., 90 means audios will be stored and available to play/download for 90 days.
Conversation transcripts, Review Scores, Feedback, and Playlist Audio, are stored for a permanent period.
This setting available only for Enterprise plan. For other plans see details of your plan to clarify for how long audios will be stored.
SMTP Settings
By default, the application uses Ender Turing SMTP to send invites and report to customer email.
If your organization would like to use its own SMTP server, this might be done by providing relevant settings to the current block.
