After reading this instruction, you will learn how to move agents from one team to another. First, navigate to the «Users & Agents» section, then to the «Agents & Teams» section, enter the team, and locate the agent you need, as shown in the screenshots below.
Select a team.
Attention! Do not delete the agent. Click on the pencil icon (edit).
After that, select the desired team for the agent.
Click «Save».
You will see the «Confirm team change» window. Please take your time and read the message carefully. By default, the checkbox is not selected, so if you want the agent's old calls to remain in the previous team and new calls to start coming into the new team, just click «Yes».
If you want the agent's old calls to be moved to the new team, click the check mark and then click «Yes».
