This guide will walk you through setting up a Scorecard in Ender Turing.
1. Introduction
2. Click Scorecards
Navigate to the Scorecards section
3. Click "Create card"
Start the process of creating a new card
4. "Create from blank" or Copy "from Existing"
Choose "Create from blank" to create a new blank scorecard or "Create from existing" to create a scorecard based on a copy fromofan existing scorecard.
5. Click "Scorecard"
Select the scorecard option.
6. Fill in the desired name for a new scorecard
7. Edit Category name
Scorecards can be grouped into Categories to divide blocks visually
8. Fill in the Category name
9. Save the created Category name
10. Add scoring parameter
Add a new scoring parameter to the category.
11. Fill in Scoring Parameter Name
Specify the name of the scoring parameter (point).
12. Save parameter name
13. Add additional scoring Categories as needed
You can add as many Categories to the Scorecard as you need
14. Add additional scoring Parameters as needed
You can add as many Parameters to the Scorecard as you need
15. Adjust scores for each parameter
Some scoring parameters are more critical for your business. Adjust scores according to the significance of each parameter
16. Allow partial scoring if needed
If you want not only to answer Yes/No during scoring process but for example, have possibility to put 0, 3, or 5 depending on how aligned were the Agent actions to your process, you can allow Partial scoring
17. Click "Save"
Save the changes you've made
