Dashboard Filters

The fast filter row at the top of a C-Level Board controls every widget on that board.

Filters That Are Always Available

Date Range

Date range defines the period used by all widgets. This setting is stored locally in your browser and is not saved as part of the board.

Team / Agent

Team / Agent controls which teams and agents are included. If the selected values no longer fit in the row, Ender Turing clips the visible chips and shows a +N teams or +N agents indicator so you can see that more selections are active.

Optional Filters

You can display up to three optional filters alongside the required filters:

  • Type — filters by conversation type.

  • Direction — filters by conversation direction, such as inbound or outbound.

  • Topics — filters by one or more conversation topics.

Configure the Filter Row

  1. Click the tune icon on the right side of the fast filter row.

  2. Turn the required optional filters on or off.

  3. Optionally enable compact date display mode.

All three optional filters can be enabled at the same time.

Save Filter Settings

Non-date filters can be saved with the board. Their saved values apply to other users who open that board. When you switch between boards, filters reset to the saved values of the selected board.

The date range behaves differently: it remains local to your browser and is not stored with the board.

If you have the System Settings Manage permission, you can save the filter layout as the organization default from the configuration menu. The default applies to all users and dashboard views that use the same fast filter row.

Important

Filters apply to every widget on the board. Check the active filters before comparing values or exporting a report.
