C-Level Boards use a grid made of rows and columns. Each position in the grid can contain a widget that displays analytics or supporting text.
Before You Start
Most board widgets use content that already exists elsewhere in Ender Turing, such as charts, funnels, and scorecards. Create the required analytics object first, then add it to the board.
All widgets respect the board-level date range and team or agent filters.
Add Content
Open a custom board and click Edit.
Click Add content to create a new row.
In the Setup widget dialog, choose a widget type.
Select the specific chart, funnel, metric, table, or topics view you want to display.
Configure the available widget options.
Click Save when the board is ready.
An item already placed on the same board is marked Already added and cannot be added again.
Available Widget Types
Charts
Use Charts to display an existing analytics chart or a built-in conversation dynamics chart. A basic chart can be displayed as a chart or as a table.
The list can also include built-in CSAT and Interaction Intensity charts:
Enter CSAT
Exit CSAT
Enter to Exit CSAT
Enter intensity
Exit intensity
Enter to exit intensity
The Enter to Exit views show how scores move between the beginning and end of a conversation.
Funnel
Use Funnel to display an existing funnel on the board.
Text
Use Text to add a free-text block. This is useful for context, instructions, or a short explanation beside analytics widgets.
Value Meter
A Value Meter displays one numeric metric and supports two modes.
Preset mode uses built-in metrics, including:
Conversation count
Average conversation duration
Average conversations per day
Average conversations per agent
Scored conversations, including manual or automated scoring
CSAT values: conversations analysed, average enter, average exit, and CSAT change
Interaction Intensity values: conversations analysed, average peak, average enter, average exit, and intensity change
Average scoring, including manual or automated scoring
Custom mode lets you select a metric, enter a custom title, and optionally apply filters. Available metrics can include number of conversations, number of leads, conversation duration, and cost.
Table
Use Table to add one of the available analytics tables:
Common metrics
Agent scoring
Score over time
CSAT Breakdown
Interaction Intensity Breakdown
Topics
Use Topics to display a topics analytics view.
Manage Rows and Columns
To add another column to an existing row, click a + button at the beginning or end of the row. To remove a column, click X on that column.
While editing, you can add or remove widgets and rearrange the layout. Click Save to keep the changes or Cancel to discard them.
Review a Chart
Use Review on a chart widget to open its full chart view for deeper analysis.
