The Partners feature lets you add separate phone number lists to Ender Turing, filter conversations by these lists, and build analytics.
These lists can include:
internal company numbers;
partner numbers;
VIP customer numbers;
a customer blacklist;
customer databases for outbound calls;
other groups of phone numbers.
Why add number lists
After adding a list, you can find related conversations using the Partners category, track the characteristics of these calls, and analyze them separately.
You can also use internal company numbers to exclude conversations between employees from:
automatic evaluation;
categorization;
other automation processes.
How to open number configuration
Open Platform Settings.
Go to the Metrics and Variables tab.
Open the Variable Configuration section.
Add the numbers directly to this field using the required format.
Number list format
All number groups must be placed inside curly brackets:
{
"Group name": ["Number 1", "Number 2"]
}
Each group consists of a name and the phone numbers that belong to it.
Group name
Enter the name in double quotation marks.
You can use the following as a name:
the partner company name;
the name of an internal number group;
the name of a specific company department;
another name that explains the purpose of the list.
After the name, add a colon and a space:
"Group name":
Phone numbers
Place the numbers inside square brackets. Enter each number in double quotation marks:
["Number 1", "Number 2"]
If the list contains multiple numbers, separate them with commas.
Enter each number in exactly the same format in which it is received by the Ender Turing platform.
How to add another number group
Add a comma after the previous group.
For convenience, start the new group on a new line.
Enter its name in double quotation marks.
Add a colon and a space after the name.
Add the phone numbers inside square brackets.
Place each number in double quotation marks.
If there are multiple numbers, separate them with commas.
A structure with several groups will look like this:
{
"First group name": ["Number 1", "Number 2"],
"Second group name": ["Number 3", "Number 4"]
}
After entering the data, click Save.
How to filter conversations
Open All Conversations.
Open conversation filtering.
