List of basic roles for users
You can select these roles for your colleagues:
Admin (full access)
Manager (limited access to settings)
Analyst (limited access to settings and disputes)
Reviewer (limited access to settings, analytics, and automations)
Roles for Agents
Agent (access only to their own data)
Agent Lead (access to the data of the team to which the Agent belongs)
Custom Role
If necessary, you can create a custom Role. To do this, go to the «Users & Agents» section, go to the «Roles & Permissions» tab and click «Create Role».
